- The domain in question is : [DOMAIN NAME]
- The server will be behind: [NAME OF SERVER (remote.company.com]
Our broadband account number is [BROADBAND ACCOUNT NUMBER], billing address: [BILLING ADDRESS]
The domain must be registered under the same address as the broadband location.
