Exchange 2003 – Change outgoing e-mail limits

Issue: 
Change maximum outgoing and incoming e-mail size,
Change maximum number of recipients.


Solutions

  1. Open Exchange System Manager,
  2. Expand Global Settings,
  3. Right click “Message Delivery”
  4. Open “Defaults” tab,
  5. Change limits for maximum Sending message size and incoming message size, and also maximum number of outgoing recipients.
