Issue:
Device may not be syncing correctly.

Solution:
Rather than wipe the device, then re-assign to the user, it can first be forced to re-sync.

Method:

  1. If you go into options/advanced options and then into enterprise activation.
  2. hold down Alt and type cnfg,
  3. I know it puts in 9,6 this is OK. It will take you to a hidden screen,
  4. Once there, Set wireless sync to no,
  5. save,
  6. exit,
  7. repeat, but set to yes,
  8. In a few minutes your device will start a resync with the BES.

If it fails on memo during then see my first post. If it doesn’t, then be happy you didn’t have to wipe your device.
